Amy B. Burns - Senior Tax Associate

Amy rejoined the firm in 2018, after a 10-year career with a local mechanical contractor. She missed the
ever-changing challenge of taxation and is excited to be coming back to work in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. “I realized how much I missed the supportive environment and the professionalism of the Baker Holtz team. There is such an impressive commitment to clients, employees and the community. I am so proud to be a part of this team.”

When not working, Amy enjoys her time with extended family as she is one of six siblings and her husband is one of five. Together they have five children and six grandchildren. Thankfully, they all reside in Michigan, from Lake Michigan to Lake St. Clair and north to Alpena. There is never a shortage of adventure and fun in her family
