We have an exciting update about what’s next for your Baker Holtz team, and how it’s designed to bring you even more value and support.

What’s Happening?

Effective January 1, 2026, we will be merging with Maner Costerisan, a highly respected Michigan-based firm whose values, expertise, and client-first mindset closely align with ours. This move strengthens our ability to serve you with even more resources, deeper specialization, and the same trusted relationships you’ve always counted on. Maner Costerisan has nearly 120 years of experience helping businesses and individuals move forward with confidence. Headquartered in Lansing and with a growing presence in Grand Rapids, they’re consistently recognized as one of the top firms in the country. Their team brings expanded capabilities and services to our combined practice, including industry-specific expertise, advanced technology offerings, and specialized consulting, all designed to deliver more value. One of the biggest reasons this merger makes sense is our shared values. • Office plans: The Baker Holtz team will remain in our downtown Grand Rapids office through tax season and will join Maner’s expanded Grand Rapids office in late Summer 2026. We’ll share more details as they become available.
