Char joined the team in February 2017 and quickly discovered a fun and supportive workplace. With over 25 years of experience working with small businesses across West Michigan, she found a team that mirrored her own values – friendly, ready to lend a helping hand, and deeply commited to clients.
Fun fact: Char wasn't always on the Baker Holtz team; she actually used to be a client through one of her previous employers. Now, she proudly considers herself part of the family.
Life outside the office: When Char isn't crunching numbers, she's likely soaking up the beauty of Michigan's lakes and rivers, with a special fondness for Lake Michigan. Kayaking with her husband and enjoying moments by the water are summer staples. Evenings often find her tending to her thriving perennial garden. As a travel enthusiast and avid reader, Char is never without a book (or two) to keep her company.
