True Service Culture
At Baker Holtz, True Service Culture isn't just a buzzword; it's the very foundation of our philosophy.
We believe that building genuine relationships, exceeding expectations, and fostering trust are integral to creating a successful and fulfilling experience for both our clients and our team. This commitment manifests in everything we do. We strive to deliver exceptional service that goes beyond the ordinary, solidifying our position as leaders in the industry and building lasting connections with those we serve.
A little bit of history...
Established in 1979, Baker Holtz operated under a traditional business model for over three decades.
In 2012, we embarked on a pivotal shift, transitioning to a true service culture model. The traditional hourly billing model that we used for many years, prevalent in many firms, prioritizes internal processes over client needs and we knew there had to be a better way.

This move required the elimination of the billable hour structure, as we recognized its inherent incompatibility with a truly client-centric approach.
We couldn't do both and we knew this was the right thing to do.
How does this impact our clients?
By eliminating the pressure of billable hours, our team can dedicate more time and energy to building stronger relationships with our clients. This allows them to delve deeper into understanding client needs, which results in providing more personalized and strategic guidance.

Your success is our priority. That's why you have unlimited access to our team's expertise. You can rest easy knowing there will be no billing surprises. Connect with us through face-to-face meetings, calls, or emails - we encourage open communication and look forward to hearing from you!
Why it works better for us:
This switch allowed us to create an environment where our team feels empowered, valued, and equipped to grow both personally and professionally. It allowed our team to focus first and foremost on the service they provide.
This, in turn, translates to an engaged and dedicated team, ultimately leading to superior client service and long-term success for our firm.
